About Us

We are Alice and Stephan, living in southern Germany and working full-time as engineers. Besides our jobs, we want to make the most out of life, maintain a healthy lifestyle, experience adventures, and sometimes push our limits.

On our YouTube channel, we share exactly that: fitness and adventure. Whether it’s running, cycling, SUPing, hiking, strength training, or fishing ;), we show you what we experience and try out.

Stephan prefers to stay behind the camera, so he usually takes on the role of cameraman. Still, it’s important to us to mention that we create the videos together, sharing the editing and all the behind-the-scenes work. We hope you enjoy our videos as much as we enjoy making them!
